The Ethos

At Andrea K & Co, we believe that meaningful work begins with purpose.

We exist to help organizations, communities, leaders, and initiatives move from vision to execution with clarity, integrity, and intention. Whether advancing a strategic initiative, preserving history, engaging stakeholders, administering complex projects, or guiding organizational growth, our work is grounded in the belief that lasting impact is never accidental.

It is designed.

It is cultivated.

It is stewarded.

We believe leadership is not measured solely by authority, but by responsibility. The responsibility to listen, to serve, to build trust, and to leave people, organizations, and communities stronger than we found them.

Our work is guided by five principles:

Excellence

We pursue the highest standards in every engagement. Details matter. Preparation matters. Follow-through matters. Excellence is not an aspiration—it is an expectation.

Integrity

Trust is earned through consistency, transparency, and accountability. We honor our commitments and approach every project with professionalism and respect.

Stewardship

Whether managing resources, preserving history, leading initiatives, or serving communities, we believe in thoughtful stewardship that protects what matters while preparing for what comes next.

Collaboration

Meaningful progress requires partnership. We value diverse perspectives, cultivate authentic relationships, and create environments where people can work together toward shared goals.

Legacy

Every decision shapes the future. We believe our greatest work is not what we accomplish today, but what endures tomorrow. We approach every project with a long-term view, ensuring that the impact extends beyond the immediate outcome.

At Andrea K & Co, we do more than provide strategic guidance.

We help organizations navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, preserve what is valuable, and create pathways for sustainable success.

Because leadership matters.

Community matters.

History matters.

And the work worth doing is the work that leaves a lasting legacy.

Our Promise

To serve with excellence.

To lead with integrity.

To steward with care.

To build with purpose.

And to leave every organization, project, and community better than we found it.

Legacy of Excellence

At Andrea K & Co, excellence is more than a standard—it is a legacy passed from one generation to the next.

As a fourth-generation Citrus Countian, Andrea K. McCray carries forward a family tradition rooted in faith, service, craftsmanship, and community leadership. Long before Andrea led strategic initiatives, managed complex projects, or created luxury experiences, she was shaped by the remarkable women who came before her.

"Because legacy is not simply what we inherit.  It is what we choose to build, preserve, and pass forward."   - Andrea K. McCray
