Andrea K. McCray is a strategic leader, organizational architect, and fourth-generation baker whose career has been defined by one consistent principle: excellence with purpose.

For more than three decades, Andrea has led corporate initiatives, implemented Sarbanes-Oxley controls, managed complex projects, and helped build organizations that create lasting impact.  Her professional experience spans corporate leadership, strategic planning, organizational development, community engagement, grant administration, and historic preservation.  Throughout her career, she has been entrusted with navigating complex challenges, developing sustainable solutions, and guiding organizations through periods of growth and transformation.

Today, Andrea brings that same level of precision, vision, and leadership to two distinct divisions of her work: The Advisory and The Atelier.

Through Andrea K & Co Advisory Services, Andrea partners with businesses, nonprofit organizations, public leaders, and community stakeholders to provide strategic counsel, organizational development, project leadership, executive coordination, and special initiatives. Her work has included preserving historic landmarks, building community partnerships, leading large-scale projects, securing funding opportunities, and helping organizations move from vision to execution.

As Founder of The Atelier, Andrea honors a family legacy that spans four generations of baking excellence. Inspired by the women who came before her, she creates luxury cakes, desserts, corporate gifting experiences, and curated celebrations designed to become part of a family's story.
